Shipping Confirmation

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Rio Zone is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of Rio Zone’s control. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible.
